Every recruiter now sees a 5-step "first-day" checklist on their dashboard: identity, photo, LinkedIn, share badge, first scan. Self-heals from live data — no manual state to maintain.

The admin applications right-panel now has one-click Email and Book Demo actions that open a pre-drafted message with agency name + 3 slot placeholders (Calendly popup lands when we have a link).

The admin dashboard now uses SSE for live updates. New applications, approvals, bookings, notes and impersonation reports arrive without a refresh. Auto-reconnects with exponential backoff; polling fallback if the browser doesn't support SSE.

Applications and bookings use consistent emoji+colour badges (🆕 New / 🟡 Pending / 🟢 Approved / 🔴 Rejected / 🔵 Booked) across every list and detail view.

Every KPI in the admin header is now a filter shortcut — click "Pending" to jump straight to pending applications, click "New" to see fresh bookings.

Super admins can attach private notes to any application. Notes are audit-logged and never visible to applicants.

Programmatically-generated Nordisk AI icon set: 16, 32, 48, 180 (Apple), 192, 512 and a multi-res favicon.ico — all with the dark-navy rounded square and silver "N" mark.

1200×630 branded share card (og-share-card.png) so posts about Nordisk AI look premium in every LinkedIn/X/Slack unfurl.

Every transactional email now leads with the same "N" mark + wordmark used in the site nav.
